• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the request is confirmed.

3. Condition of Returned Products

You do not need to return unused bottles to request a refund under the guarantee, unless otherwise instructed by our support team at the time of your request.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

6. One-Time Purchases

All orders are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals to cancel.
